Examples of non-personal information that we may collect include your occupation, business and company information, your area code and zip code, demographic information, and information regarding your preferences. In addition, the event of a reorganization, merger, spin-off, or sale, we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.

How We and Our Partners Use Cookies and Other Technologies

Our Site, Services, Applications, email messages, advertisements and other online content may use “cookies” and other technologies such as web beacons (also known as clear gifs or pixel tags). Cookies are a text-only string of information that a web site transfers to the cookie file of the browser on your computer so that the web site can remember your browser in the future. Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on web pages or in emails. These technologies may be used by 3PLENISH and its Partners in many ways.

For example, 3PLENISH and its Partners may use cookies to verify login status of customers, help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of our Site people have visited, facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches, as well as enable us to make your visit to our website easier by recognizing you when you return and help to provide you with a more customized experience.

Web beacons may be used, for example, to allow 3PLENISH and our Partners to send emails to customers in a format they can read and to count users who have visited our Site, seen our ads, or opened our email. We may use this information, for example, to inform us what content is effective and to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers. In addition, when you click on a link in an email, 3PLENISH or its Partners may record this individual response to allow us to customize our offerings to you. Web beacons collect only limited information, such as a cookie identifier, time and date of a page being viewed, and a description of the page on which the web beacon resides.

The Help feature on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Please note that you may not be able to access the full functionality of our Site, Applications or Services if cookies are disabled on your browser. Web beacons cannot be declined when delivered using a regular web page, but they can be refused when delivered by email. If you do not wish to receive web beacons by email, you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) emails via your email software.

In some of our email messages, 3PLENISH or its Partners may use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the Site. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on our Site. 3PLENISH and its Partners may track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, you should not click text or graphic links in the email messages.

As is true of most web sites, 3PLENISH and its Partners also may gather some information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. 3PLENISH and its Partners may use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer the Site, to learn about user behavior on the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. This information also may be used in our marketing and advertising services. We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non-personal information. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information. Similarly, to the extent that non-personal information is combined with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

Your Choices

When corresponding with 3PLENISH or our representatives, or when making a request for information or otherwise interacting with us through the Site or Applications, you choose which information to supply, which questions or comments to submit, whether you wish to receive further information, and by which method(s) of communication such information should be delivered. Please take care to share only such information as is needed or that you believe is appropriate. You are under no obligation to provide us with personally identifiable information, but without it we may not be able to provide you the products or Services you request. You may contact us as indicated below if at any time you would like to ask us about our data collection and information security practices. As required by law, at any time, you may opt-out of receiving commercial emails from us in the future by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails to you. You also may contact us (as described in the “Contacting Us” section below) at any time if you wish to be removed from our commercial mailing list, or if you would like to opt-out of having your personal information disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. You also can help ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by logging in to your 3PLENISH account at www.3plenish.com.

Children

We do not knowingly accept personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13 without first receiving verifiable parental consent we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

Location Data

3PLENISH, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and licensees and our Partners may collect, use and share your location data, including the real-time geographic location your device or a computer with which you use or access the Site or Applications. While some location data may be collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you, some location-based services offered by 3PLENISH require your personal information for the feature to work. This location data is used to develop, provide and improve location-based products and Services and to develop new products, services and functionalities. Most mobile devices provide users with the ability to disable location services. Most likely, these controls are located in the device’s settings menu. If you have questions about how to disable your device’s location services, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer. Please note that you may not be able to access the full functionality of our Site, Applications or Services if location services are disabled on your mobile device.

Do Not Track” Signals

Some web browsers may give you the ability to enable a “do not track” setting that sends a special signal to the web sites you encounter while web browsing. This is different from disabling certain forms of tracking by declining cookies in your browser settings, as browsers with the “do not track” setting enabled still have the ability to accept cookies. 3PLENISH does not respond to web browser “do not track” signals at this time. If we do so in the future, we will describe how we do so in this Privacy Policy.

Protection of Personal Information

We have put in place certain security measures to safeguard personal information, but the storage and communication of personal information can never be completely secure. Hence we do not guarantee that information that you transmit or otherwise supply to us, or any communications conducted on or through the Site, is or will be totally secure. If you become aware of any breach of the terms of this Privacy Policy or of the security of the Site or the Application, please notify us.

The Site and Applications may contain hyperlinks to other web sites, products and services which are not maintained by 3PLENISH (each, a “Linked Site”). These Linked Sites are provided solely as a convenience. Be aware that other sites and services collect data and personal information and operate according to their own privacy practices. You will need to make your own independent judgment regarding your interaction with Linked Sites. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of Linked Sites. Since 3PLENISH is not responsible for the availability of these Linked Sites, their contents, or privacy practices, you should direct any concerns regarding a Linked Site to the administrator of that web site.
